ABOUT NICK &
EVOLVING MINDS

Experience and Passion
in Mindfulness

At Evolving Minds, mindfulness isn’t just a technique—it’s a way of being. Guided by founder Nick Kientsch, whose path includes over 30 years of meditation practice and seven years as a Buddhist monk, our approach brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to individuals and organizations seeking real, lasting change.

Nick brings a rare blend of wisdom, warmth, and clinical training to his work. His sessions are deeply rooted in authentic experience, while remaining accessible and client-led. Whether through personal coaching, group meditation, or tailored workplace programs, Nick’s calm and steady presence supports clients in reconnecting with their inner resources, fostering resilience, joy, and clarity.

A Mindful Presence in the Workplace & LGBTQ+ Community

Nick has led mindfulness and wellbeing workshops for organizations, helping teams build focus, reduce stress, and cultivate empathy. His work with Kensington and Chelsea Council, where he facilitated regular 8-week MBCT courses, was described by many as “life-changing.”

He has also held space for the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade, leading a weekly meditation group for gay/bi/trans men in London since 2009 and organizing inclusive wellbeing events and workplace diversity trainings.

A Philosophy Rooted in Transformation

Since founding Evolving Minds, Nick has supported a wide range of clients on their journey toward peace, authenticity, and balance. He believes that mindfulness reveals a powerful truth: our moods and happiness are not dictated by external conditions, but can be shaped by our own awareness and choices.

Through this practice, we learn to let go of what no longer serves us and rest in what does. This subtle shift unlocks profound transformation—both in ourselves and the environments we inhabit.

Evolving Minds is here to support that journey. Whether you're an individual seeking clarity or a team building a mindful workplace culture, we welcome you to explore this transformative path together.
